Members of a Darwen computer club enjoyed a day out to Smith Hills Hall, Bolton where they were entertained by a popular piano player. The event was organised by the group of "silver surfers" who attend regular computer clubs at Darwen Resource Centre and Knott Street Community centre.Alan, a pensioner who attended the event (pictured below) told us "We all had a good meal and the entertainer was a piano player who really got us all singing and dancing. We all had a great time!"
The group kindly submitted photographs if their outing to be uploaded to Darwen Online, your local community website for news, events, photographs and discussions.
