Pathway blocked by sinks finally cleared

A Lancashire pathway once blocked by thousands of ceramic sinks has been cleared and is open to walkers again. The pathway, near Waterside, was used by fly tippers to dispose of the sinks and the story became national news back in February.

Since then the path has been cleared of the eye-sore and can now be used again as a public footpath.
