“Souled Out” a five piece soul band are all set to play at the Highfield Club Ratcliffe Street, Darwen on Friday 24th October 8pm – 12.30. They will take you back in time with numbers such as “Sweet Soul Music” and Gloria Jones Tainted Love. The band are looking forward to performing for Darwen’s very own monthly NorthernSoul/Motown nights.These events started in August have been organised by darwensoulandsalsa.co.uk and are proving very successful. They offer something different for the people of Darwen and Soul Survivors everywhere. Rock and Roll/Smooth jive classes and parties are also planned for the people of Darwen. The past soul events have attracted a good mix of ages and a chance to meet old friends and new overall a great night out!
People can practice their dance moves to the great set of “Souled Out” and also enjoy the fantastic soul sounds played by Top DJ Crazzy Chris.
