A temporary road closure has been creating confusion for some motorists in Darwen town centre on Tuesday morning.Bury Street has temporarily reverted back to a one way street whilst traffic heading towards the town centre/Bolton is being diverted along Duckworth Street.
Despite signs being in place the location of the road closure is creating some confusion, especially for HGV's who are often having to brake hard with the road closure being on a bend.
It is unclear at the moment how long it will remain closed for whilst work is carried out on the street outside the new leisure centre.
