The guided walk takes place on Tuesday 7th October and starts from Sunnyhurst Woods visitors centre. The 85 acre wooded valley recently received the Green Flag award for providing a high quality green space to the public.
The Green Flag award scheme was launched in 1996 and Sunnyhurst Woods is one of 196 current award winners located in the North West - the most in any region within the UK.
